Made for a relaxing weekend, but I would prefer the sunshine!
This weekend was fun, we napped ALOT! Love feeling rested :)
Here is just something I threw on to run to the store in the rain!
Ps. Thank you all SO MUCH for the encouragement on the house!! I should stop sharing the news before I know for sure, but they counter offered and it is a little high for us. I think we are going to walk away, but a better one will be found for sure!!

Books at my college's book store were outrageously priced, and it seemed they got worse year after year!
So I started looking for an alternative. Renting/Amazon/Ebay they were all good options but me being the Accounting student I made a spreadsheet to see what was the Most cost effective, it was renting by far!!
Here is a screen shot of the spreadsheet I used to use, yes I was a major geek!!
I looked into the price of Renting vs. Buying a Managerial accounting book. {check out the book here to see the price!}
It's a complex theory I came up with but here it is in short.
If you can look up the buyback price of a book and take the difference of the price you purchased it for that would be the "actual price" you are paying for the book. The rental price is almost always cheaper, and who's to say at the end of the semester the buyback price will be the same??
lost ya? Sorry about that!
Last year I was interviewed by a local tv station about how expensive textbooks are: Check it out!

The weather can't decide here in the mitten state.
One day it is nice and warm and sunny.
The next it rains.
Then it gets windy.
Then freezing.
I never know what to wear!!
It seems weird to wear white jeans when its cold but I went for it.
I paired them with a sweater.
I could pretend it was warm and still dress like spring!
Today the hubs got a fever, not a fan!
On top of that we went house hunting and nothing was great.
House hunting is so stressful, you can see what you want in your head but every house is missing something.
If I am going to spend the money I don't want to settle, am I crazy for that??
