I am not one to stress over things often but right now I have an overwhelming amount of stress.
I am slowly realizing the fact that we have a house, with a huge list of projects, and no time to do them. Now that we moved it takes me longer to get to and from work. It adds about an hour to my comute in a day, thats one less hour I have each night. I also have to get up earlier which means I am going to bed earlier....
Did you ever stop to think about how little "me time" you get? I work a 9-5 so I get home around 6 and try to go to bed before 12. That leaves me with 6 hours of me time a night. However 1 whole hour or more is usuall comitted to making dinner and cleaning. So now I have 5 hours....well because I am a girl another hour or so is comitted to getting ready for bed (showering, doing my hair, picking out clothes)....now I am down to 4. If I want to go to a work out class (which I haven't in a grip) then I am left with 3.
3 hours of "me time"?!? If I want to blog that is about 1/2 - 1hour! How rediculous! Right? Anyone else ever have this deliema?
I have a huge list of things I want to work on and do for me, so I am starting to organize life! I need a schedule like I used to have when I was in school.
My husband and I went to a conference this weekend in Chicago (hence my absence) for his work, and one thing I took away for me, is to set "me time" aside so I don't get burnt out and frusterated!
So I have taken time to find organizing tips on pinterest! I am taking control of life! How about you, how do you manage your time?! Are you good at it? Any tips?
