So I never got around to making some of the food I was hoping to make this week :( so that is remaining on the menu for the time being (kind of depressing how much we went out this week). Below I have listed a menu update for you for this week! I am excited to get back into cooking and to be able to share with you all my tips on the recipes I made.

Grilled Flank Steak with Tomatoes and Red Onions
This meal is amazing! I am not a huge fan of steak but I cannot get enough of this! The juice from the tomatoes, onions and balsamic vinegar adds so much flavor to the steak. This is the meal that got me to start eating onions and tomatoes, crazy! Try it out with whatever kind of steak is your favorite. Let me know what you think :)
