Food Update - PF Changs and Teriyaki Chicken

I shared my weekly menu with you in this post and I am here to give you a mid-week update on how everything turned out!

Monday I made paprika shrimp and green beans from a recipe I found online. It was beyond good and it made our house smelled so good! The step pictures are below. There are only really three easy steps.

Here is what you need:
4 cups Green Beans
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Garlic Cloves
2 tsp Paprika
1 cup Shrimp (I like to use cooked but you could use raw as well)
1/2 tsp Salt

Directions
1. Saute chopped garlic, paprika, and oil oil in a sauce pan
2. In a separate pan blanch the green beans
3. Add the shrimp to the pan with the garlic and paprika. If the shrimp are raw cook until pink, if not cook till warm.
4. Throw in the cook beans and coat with the oil and paprika.

That's it! I served mine with couscous that I bought at aldi, but rice would be good too!

The next thing I made that was a super hit was the P.F. Chang lettuce wraps and the teriyaki chicken in the crockpot. I am just going to link you to the recpies. The lettuce wraps were beyond amazing, I wouldn't change anything! Personally I thought the teriyaki chicken was too sweet but no one else thought that it was too sweet, so base the amount of sugar on what you prefer. I served my teriyake chicken with brocolli that I blanched and white rice.
